Brief Absence March 25th - April 7th 2024

I don’t really have much to talk about for the past couple weeks since I haven’t watched much anime the past couple weeks owing to a lack of free time. I’ve been helping with a short film the past couple weeks, on top of my day job, so I’ve just been pretty busy with other things. On top of that, I definitely still feel some burn-out from awards. So I’ve been a bit unmotivated to keep up with things. Hopefully that improves soon though.

In terms of the anime I’ve been posting about:

• I haven’t been doing Aria every day since I don’t always make it home in time. I’ve been watching it somewhat during this time. I’ll try and post about all the episodes I’ve watched since in the next post.

• I watched a couple of episodes of Cowboy Bebop at the start of this 2 week period, but will likely not be catching up to the group watch and thus probably will not be finishing my rewatch, sadly. Not easy to fit it into my schedule.

• I am completely stalled on Aikatsu on Parade! right now. I’m unsure if I’ll try and actually continue, we’ll see how I feel, but it’s not a priority by any means.

• I have been keeping up with the Mahoutsukai Precure! group watch as much as possible during this time. With any luck I’ll be finishing that tonight.

• Yuru Yuri has been on hold for a while. That will likely be watched sooner rather than later.

• Jewelpet Happiness has not progressed at all on account of people being out of town. Honestly might end up dropped at this rate. This is very much not how I like to watch a show.

All in all, I might be re-evaluating what kinds of shows I fit into my schedule and my pacing. But look forward to an actual update post next week!
